1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 99aba ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of the 99aba website, mobile platform and all associated services accessible at https://99aba.cam and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the 99aba Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on the 99aba Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration. Provision of false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, consultant or close family member of 99aba or any associated entity, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, compulsive gambling programme, court order or other restriction that prohibits gambling activity.
• You must hold a valid payment account in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You must promptly notify 99aba of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation may be requested at any point and will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of wallet account, bank statement showing account holder name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by internal risk management procedures.

The name on your 99aba account must exactly match the name on your submitted KYC documents. Any discrepancy will result in a withdrawal hold until resolved. Account security is the sole responsibility of the registered User. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without advance notice and may vary by payment method, account tier and jurisdiction.

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Reference to these payment methods does not constitute endorsement, partnership or approval by any such payment provider of gambling activities. Users must review the terms and applicable law governing their chosen payment method independently.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party or anonymous deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The Platform does not charge deposit fees as a standard practice; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their own discretion.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window — check the cashier for current estimates per method.
• The Platform reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit pending verification at its sole discretion.
• Deposits must not be derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful source.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to verified accounts in good standing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released, regardless of the amount.
2. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be offered subject to the Platform's internal policies.
3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the live cashier and vary by payment method and account tier.
4. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before funds associated with a bonus can be included in a withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.
5. The Platform provides estimated processing timeframes in the cashier. These are estimates only — no specific processing time is guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing, enhanced due diligence reviews or technical factors.
6. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as determined by internal risk management procedures.
7. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, system exploitation or Terms violations are not withdrawable and will be voided without notice.

For accounts displaying PKR balances: withdrawal amounts will be processed at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing where currency conversion is involved. All fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier before confirmation.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

99aba offers promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements using Bonus Funds may be eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the specific promotion. Bonuses not used within the validity period expire automatically.
• Bets placed below minimum odds specified in the promotion terms may not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity.
• Winnings from free spins or free bet awards are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 99aba Platform. Specific sport, market and game rules may be published separately and should be reviewed before placing a wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or transferred after acceptance except as expressly permitted by the Platform's in-play cash-out feature where available.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of manifest error in the published odds, technical malfunction, corruption of an event or market suspension.
• Void bets return the stake to the User's Real Money Balance. Winnings from voided bets are not payable.
• The maximum payout per bet or per event may be capped as specified in the relevant sport or market rules. Check the cashier or betting slip for applicable limits before confirming a large wager.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time based on event developments. The Platform accepts no liability for bets placed during brief market availability windows that may reflect incorrect information.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative theoretical figures — actual results will vary by session.

For cricket markets specifically: PSL matches, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series may be subject to additional market-specific rules including rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, super-over results and match abandonment. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 99aba Platform. Any User found to be engaging in, facilitating or attempting any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform or using any form of false identity during registration.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with the Platform.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to achieve unfair advantages in any poker, live casino or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing anomalies — commonly known as "arbing" against the house — in a manner constituting bad faith.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to use your registered account.
• Circumventing any responsible gambling limit, self-exclusion order or geographic restriction through technical means including VPN, proxy services or alternate device profiles.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without express written permission from 99aba.

10. Responsible Gambling

99aba is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered Users from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per period. Once reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations. The Platform will notify you when your limit approaches and will terminate the session at the configured threshold.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of your current session and net balance movement.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Key data processing commitments include:

• Personal data collected is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, service improvement and, where separately consented, direct marketing.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties. Limited data sharing with trusted service providers occurs only where necessary for platform operation and under confidentiality obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99aba, its officers, directors, employees and associates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, whether from losing bets, market volatility or unfavourable outcomes.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or downtime affecting the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, including any loss of bonus eligibility or withdrawal delays resulting from incomplete KYC.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The legality of using the Platform in the User's jurisdiction — this remains the sole responsibility of the User.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by the User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Real Money Balances remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn subject to these Terms and KYC compliance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by 99aba: The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in any Prohibited Activity defined in Section 9.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information at registration or during subsequent KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, exploitation of system errors or collusion.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Legal or regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions that necessitate service restriction.

Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed Terms breach, all balances — including Real Money Balance — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. The Platform will communicate the basis for any termination decision where legally and operationally permissible.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99aba holds its operating license, as determined by the Platform's licensing arrangements from time to time.

Pakistan-specific notice: Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are responsible for understanding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation to their use of the Platform. 99aba does not claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani governmental body, regulatory authority or financial institution. Use of the Platform from Pakistan is entirely at the User's own legal risk and discretion.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard support process may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as described in the Platform's complaints policy, available on request from our support team.

15. Amendments to These Terms

99aba reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendment may include, but are not limited to, changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's product offering, licensing requirements, security enhancements and internal policy updates.

In the event of a material amendment, Users will be notified via their registered email address or by a prominent notice displayed within the Platform. The notification will indicate the effective date of the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
